STAGE 1 – WEEK 1 : 
We have pre-purchased all material and hardware. Our factory is preparing everything to our specifications. We speak to the factory every day to make sure everything is made as intended. 

STAGE 2 – WEEK 2/3 : 
NOTE: This delayed us an extra week as it took x3 attempts for the wash to be exactly how we want it. It is now perfect and we can begin pre-shrinking the fabric.

STAGE 3 – WEEK 4/5
The cut and sew process begins; The heavyweight cotton lining + the thick ribbed hems & cuffs will be added.

STAGE 4 – WEEK 6/7
We will begin shipping out your jackets.
